Carnival Jubilee ready for sea trials

The latest Carnival Cruise Line ship, the Carnival Jubilee, has left the Meyer Werft Papenburg shipyard Monday 30 October 2023, bound for Eemshaven in the Netherlands, traveling backwards along the Ems River.

Once sea trials are complete, Carnival Jubilee will be ready to begin her inaugural season, operating week-long Caribbean cruises from the port of Galveston.

The Carnival Jubilee will debut in late 2023, setting sail on her maiden voyage on December 23, 2023. Based in Galveston, Texas, the ship will offer regular sailings of seven nights from the port all year round. The inaugural week-long cruise features stops at popular Western Caribbean destinations, including Roatan, Honduras and Costa Maya, and Cozumel in Mexico before returning to Galveston.
